All-Class Reunion - 2010

This reunion is for all former Alconbury students and staff.
Whether you were there all four years, or just one, we hope to see you at the reunion!

Rooms are available at a group discount rate of $105 per night (plus tax).
This rate is available for the nights of June 24, 25, 26 and 27.

To make your reservation, go to the hotel's website. This link will take you directly to the page where you can make a reservation under our group rate (AHS).You can also make your reservation by calling the hotel's toll free reservation number at (866) 423-7814 or (866) 293-1842. Please be sure to give them the group code AHS to ensure that you receive the $105 group rate and that our guest room block is credited. (The hotel has said that you can reserve a room under the reunion rate until Friday, May 21.)

Hotel cancellation policy: Any individual cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed for one (1) night room and tax.

6:30pm - midnight

dress: cocktail attire or dressy casual

$80 per person (if you register by May 1, 2010) - includes dinner, entertainment and souvenir.

Late payments:
The registration price increases to $90 on May 2, 2010. The deadline for payments is June 1.
We will continue to accept payments after June 1 until we run out of space at the tables. Beginning June 2, the price is $100 per person.
